Precoated aluminum foil

Aluminum foil coated with glue, paint, wax, resin, pigment, etc. When pigment and dye are dissolved in the coating, the coating has color. This kind of aluminum foil is called colored aluminum foil. If the coating is printed on the surface of aluminum foil, it will form patterns, patterns and handwriting. This kind of aluminum foil is also called printing aluminum foil. These operations are called foil painting, foil coloring and foil printing, collectively referred to as foil coating, and are carried out on the respective machines.
 
Precoated aluminum foil can be embossed again (see embossed aluminum foil), paper mounting and film pasting (see composite aluminum foil). Coated aluminum foil has the properties of both aluminum foil and coating, such as wear resistance, sunlight resistance, freezing resistance, acid and alkali resistance, grease resistance, adhesion resistance, heat shock resistance, moisture resistance, water resistance, gloss, transparency, heat absorption, insulation and toughness, etc., so it has better performance, more beautiful appearance and wider application.
 

 
APrecoated aluminum foil can be single-sided or double-sided; it can be single-layer or multi-layer; it can be single-color or multi-color. In order to make the coating firm and bright and pure, the aluminum foil should be annealed first, degreased and degreased. The appearance should be straight and straight without wrinkles, and there should be no too large or too dense pinholes with strip distribution or local agglomeration (see aluminum foil pinholes). The aluminum foil roll should be suitable in tightness, unfold smoothly, and the edge should be neat; there should be no too many joints in the roll. The thickness of aluminum foil for coating is 0.007 ~ 0.015 mm, and the thickness of each layer is about 0.001 ~ 0.002mm, and the weight increase is about 4 ~ 20g / m2.
