4004 aluminium foil braze welding of aluminium base filler metal and aluminium alloy braze plate. During brazing, the brazed material does not melt, and the filler metal melts and fills the joint to connect the workpiece. Aluminum alloy brazing plate can be made by coating aluminum base filler metal on aluminum alloy core material, which is widely used in manufacturing heat exchanger.
